You may exchange or return your unworn and unused mala within 30 days of the purchase date. If you would like to exchange the mala, you may return it to us and include a note explaining what you would like in exchange. Please include complete packaging .

Repair Policy:

Any repairs needed during the first 30 days of the purchase date have no charge. When a mala breaks, it represents karma breaking or a breakthrough. This is not a bad thing but rather a positive sign of progression. We are happy to restring your mala for a fee of $25.00 (includes tax and shipping).
